Sheryl and her team are 100% committed to helping you reach your goals, and are an empowering, positive group of people. The workouts are great, and in my first 2 weeks at AFBBC I had seen more results than I had in 2 months of conventional gym membership. I'd reccomend AFBBC to anyone! #beastmode
